BUYERS DID YOU KNOW

Did you know a salesperson whose name is listed on a “For Sale” sign cannot by law help a BUYER negotiate the best price for that property? The listing salesperson works for the Seller and by law has to act in the Seller’s best interest!

Did you know Sellers typically agree to pay a real estate company a fee to sell their home and that fee is split between the agency who listed the property “For Sale” and the agency who sells it?

Did you know a real estate salesperson is NOT a Broker; however, most Brokers were salespeople at some time in their career. In order for a salesperson to become a Broker, he/she MUST have a high school diploma, complete approved Broker educational courses, pass additional testing (Federal & State), meet experience requirements ( Minimum 2 years) and provide a detailed resume of his/her real estate performance. These high standards discourage many licensees from seeking the status of Broker and therefore choose to remain salespeople.

Did you know BUYERS who enter into an agency relationship with my firm and select me, a Broker, as their agent to purchase a home not only receive my exclusive representation.Ask me for buyer incentive to apply toward your closing cost.
