Forbes recently released the list of the top places people are relocating to, and Orlando made it to #7 on the list, nestled in-between Nashville and Las Vegas. Known mostly for Disney in the past, The City Beautiful has grown to be much more than that over the past few years. With an economy adding jobs attracting millennials, Orlando is quickly becoming one of the most thriving mini-metropolis in the nation.

With a median housing price of $262,400 (according to Forbes) Orlando is as affordable as it is versatile. Just a few years ago, the state of the art Amway Center was built to house the Orlando Magic as well as to add a destination for the top music artists and shows in the world. In addition, the Orlando City Soccer Club has a next stadium being built in the west corridor of downtown that will be sure to bring another great venue for the great fans of Orlando to cheer on their Lions.

Camping World Stadium (formerly The Orlando Citrus Bowl) has recently undergone a multi-million dollar renovation and has been home to several college football bowl games during the holiday season. The grounds at Camping World Stadium also had been home to The Electric Daisy Carnival, a music festival that has been an amazing success in the years it's been running. Most recently, Orlando won the bid for the NFL Pro-Bowl, which had been played in Hawaii since 1980. If  the giant conglomerate that is the NFL has decided to change the venue of their all star game that had been held in Hawaii for the past 3+ decades to Orlando, they must also see something in The (growing) City Beautiful!

If you are looking to relocate to Orlando, feel free to contact The Laskos Group at 407-325-0846 for a no obligation consultation about the area we love!
